Does Chasys Draw IES have "Save for Web" option?

Does Chasys Draw IES have a "Save for Web" option - similar to Photoshop Elements? I want to be able to save edited photos in as low a resolution as is practical for a website.

Technically, yes -- when saving to formats that can be optimized, such as JPEG, you will be presented with a dialog box where you can preform web optimization with real-time preview. This is what "Save for Web" does in other editors; Chasys Draw IES does it by default.
