When using the eraserTool:
How can i shut off the HINT feature?
Because i can't see what i am about to erase.
The HINT is in the way.

Also, how can i change the eraser size and shape?
All i have is a LARGE grey circularBlob.
Also, how can i get an "instant email notification" for this Post?

You can disable the hint using "View" -> "Drawing Tool-tips". Eraser size is determined by the "Width" option in the toolbox.

Is there a "flood eraser" feature? The eraser function seems to have changed. I am unable to erase similarly-colored entire area at once?

Hi Charlene, the "flood fill" eraser function is implemented by the "transparency fill" tool.
