Does Topaz Labs plugins work with IES?

I tried to install one of the plugins but didn't have any success.

Yes, Chasys Draw IES accepts Photoshop plug-ins, but you have to configure the plug-in location first -- Chasys Draw IES needs to know where the ".8BF" file for the plugin is.
