This tool is
not for drawing, rather, it allows you to set hot-spots, mark and make measurements on the workspace.
Options
Hot-spot
This option sets hot-spots (e.g like in cursors). Chasys Draw IES indicates the location of the hotspot by placing a pushpin at that location. This action will add a HOTS attachment (hot-spot data) to the layer if none exists.
Measure
This option measures the distance and angle between two points in the image, with the option of copying that information to the system clipboard using F2. Right-clicking after measuring will bring up various options, including the option to automatically calcualte and apply a DPI setting (physical size) to the image based on the pixel distance and a corresponding physical distance.
